There was a time when my life looked right on paper. Career accolades. Access. Credibility. A seat at tables I thought would finally make me feel worthy. I was the reliable one. The capable one. The person people leaned on. I learned how to function in high-expectation environments with focus and composure.
Inside, something was really off. I could feel it but I kept on trying to push it aside until my body wouldn't let me anymore.
I was over-giving, under-nourished, and disconnected from myself. I didn’t know who I was outside of achievement or usefulness. My personal life felt chaotic. My boundaries were weak. My self-trust was fragile. I cycled through self-sabotage I couldn’t explain, using food and alcohol to cope while my intuition felt completely out of reach.
High-functioning on the surface. Quietly unraveling underneath. What I thought was strength and success eventually fell apart. And in that unraveling, I learned what healing actually is. Not a breakthrough moment, but a slow, honest rebuilding. Boundary by boundary. Truth by truth.
That process shaped the way I work today. I developed a deep ability to track patterns across emotion, behavior, and decision-making, connecting what people feel, how they react, and why the same cycles keep repeating.
That’s where unPatterned began.
Today, my work brings together psychology and CBT-informed coaching, lived experience in high-performance environments, and intuitive pattern recognition. I hold multiple certifications, including training from a program accredited by the Association for Coaching, and my approach is grounded, ethical, and deeply human.
This work is for high-achieving people who are ready to understand their patterns, regulate their inner world, and make decisions from alignment instead of survival.
Whether you work with me one-on-one, inside a program, or in a room, you’ll be met with integrity, compassion, and clarity. The SHIFT Method is the framework I created to support lasting change, rooted in your patterns, your nervous system, and your truth. It’s the same method I return to whenever I feel myself slipping back into old ways of being, or discover behaviors that need attention.
If you’ve outgrown the version of you that got you here,
you’re in the right place.
Welcome to unPatterned.
This is where the real shift begins.
With gratitude,
Vanessa
