How does coaching differ from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past—processing trauma, diagnosing mental health conditions, diagnosing and providing clinical support. It can be incredibly valuable, especially for those navigating deep emotional wounds or mental health concerns.

Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It’s about helping you gain clarity, shift patterns, and take aligned action toward who you want to become.

My coaching blends pattern awareness, psychology informed insight, and intuition to help high-achieving individuals move out of survival mode and into self-trust and clarity.

Think of therapy as support for getting back to baseline. Coaching is about rising into your next level.

And truthfully? The two can be powerful together. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach, because when you’re serious about your growth, you build a team that supports all parts of you.

What kind of change can I realistically expect?

The change is internal first, and tangible shortly after. People often experience clearer decision-making, stronger boundaries, reduced reactivity, and a deeper sense of self-trust. This work doesn’t promise overnight transformation, but it does create sustainable shifts in how you relate to yourself, others, and your choices. If you do the work, transformation will follow.

Do I have to be spiritual to work with you?

Not at all. While I incorporate energetic and mindset tools, everything is customized to your comfort level. Whether you're spiritually curious, deeply rooted in your practice, or not at all, our work together meets you exactly where you are.

I'm a private person, how do I know my information won't be shared with anyone else?

Before we even start we will both sign a confidentiality agreement. Your privacy is a top priority. Everything shared during our sessions, or at any of my retreats, is held in complete confidentiality. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself without fear of your story being shared.

Whether we're working one-on-one or in a group setting, I set the tone for integrity, trust, and emotional safety. What happens in the space, stays in the space. Always. If you ever have questions or concerns, I’m here to have that conversation with transparency and care.

How can I work with you?

You can work with me in a few different ways. If you prefer to move at your own pace, you can start with one of my self-paced online programs listed on the Offerings page. These are designed as self-coaching experiences and are a good fit if you’re not ready or able to commit to live sessions.

For live work, you can book a one-on-one Intuitive Pattern-Breaking Session or apply to work with me privately through my SHIFT Method. Please note I take on a limited number of one-on-one clients at one time so the work can remain intentional and high-touch, and to ensure it’s a strong fit for both of us.
